Mobile phones, computers, cameras, external storage devices, voice recorders, and similar devices are not permitted inside our premises. Upon entering the premises, such devices must be handed over to the security personnel at the reception desk.

a. Visits for Corporate Purposes:

For visits to the premises covered by classified project work, or visits that will involve access to classified information, documents, materials or projects, the following information must be provided to the relevant authority at the organisation 21 working days in advance:

The purpose of the visit,
The facility to be visited,
The date and duration of the visit,
Visitor information (place and date of birth, Turkish ID number, passport number if a foreign national, nationality, information about the organization/company where the visitor works, and the visitor’s position at the company),
If available, the individual's security clearance number and the classification level of that clearance.

Based on this information, a request for a visit permit is submitted to the Directorate of Technical Services of the Ministry of National Defense; if approved, the visit takes place.

b. Visits for Commercial Purposes (product promotion, bidding, purchasing, etc.):

Visits and meetings that fall outside the scope of classified project work are held in meeting rooms located in the reception and lobby areas of the buildings.
